Nuclear Science Week is an annual international celebration of all things nuclear science, engineering and technology.

During the week of October 19-23, 2015 The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History will host students in grades 6-12 for hands-on activities related to energy, atomic structure, chemistry, and nuclear safety and medicine. Albuquerque Metro area teachers may apply to bring their students for this unique experience. Through grant funding the Museum is able to provide free busing and admission for accepted schools.

Eligibility Requirements: 
Teachers may apply through the application available on The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History website. Teachers may bring students in grades 6-12 and are highly encouraged to apply with full bus loads of students (50, 100, 150 students). Accepted groups will receive busing to the Museum (from Albuquerque metro schools) and free admission.
